He is a PhD holder in Finance, from PRIST University, Tanjore. After passing successfully the CFE (USA) (Membership 983400) Exams, he has been admitted as the Associate Member of the ASSOCIATION OF CERTIFIED FRAUD EXAMINERS (USA). He has done MBA in Finance and Operations from ICFAI Business school. He has received Post Doctoral Fellowship from Eudoxia University (USA) with membership number ERU/FMERU/2024/643. He has got other qualifications and certifications in the domain of Finance and Audits.

He was earlier serving many diverse Industry verticals like Reliance Industries Ltd, Loop Telecom, Bharthi Airtel Limited, Bluestar Limited, etc. in Senior and middle level positions. He is also serving for over 12 years as Faculty for Advanced Accounting at Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Ernakulam Branch , Level3 Edutech , Ernakulam for Certified Internal Auditor’s program and other prominent Business Schools in South India. He also imparts training to various corporates in India on Forensic Auditing and Internal Auditing. He has published many articles on various business topics in International and National Journals.

A finance professional with over 14 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial management. After completing her post-graduation in Commerce (M.Com), she began her career as an Accounts Officer in a private firm, where she gained a strong foundation in core accounting practices over three years.

She then advanced into the role of Internal Auditor at a reputed Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), contributing for five years to the strengthening of internal control systems, regulatory compliance, and risk-based auditing processes.

With a continued passion for the finance domain, she transitioned into the education sector, where she handled end-to-end financial operations and reporting for six years, supporting institutional growth through effective financial governance.

Currently, she is associated with Cyveritas Risk Advisory Pvt Ltd and Level3 Edutech as Group Accounts Manager, overseeing the consolidated financial operations of both organizations. Her key focus areas include financial planning, compliance management, internal controls, and strategic financial support, driving overall efficiency and transparency across the group.

With a strong foundation in Economics, she embarked on her career in Doha brokerage and financial services industry, accumulating valuable experience over 2 years. She then seamlessly transitioned into the education sector as a Processing Executive, where she excelled and established a stellar profile over several years. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, she pursued a Higher Diploma in Co-operation and Business Management, which propelled her career forward. She progressed to roles such as Admission Officer at Level Three Edutech and most recently, Assistant Manager - Client Relationship at Cyveritas Risk Advisory Private Limited. Currently, while continuing in her role at Cyveritas, she is pursuing an MBA from IGNOU University to further enhance her expertise and stay ahead in her field.

As a Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 27001:2022 (Information Security Management Systems) and ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), he has successfully led enterprise-wide initiatives in process improvement, risk mitigation, and operational transformation, ensuring alignment with international standards and strategic business goals.

Manoj has built and managed large, geographically dispersed teams and partner networks, ensuring high-quality delivery, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Besides teaching ‘Behavioural Economics’, Law, & Service Excellence as a visiting Faculty at institutions of higher learning, he is also a Trainer, Coach and Mentor.
